How do I get paid?
In My work, tap "Set up payouts". Stripe asks for a few details and an ID once, then pays approved hours straight to your bank. Pay approved before you finish setting up waits for you and goes out as soon as you do.
Does Gigbee take a cut of my pay?
No. Workers pay no fees. Employers pay Gigbee's service fee on top of your rate.
What do employers pay?
The worker's pay plus a 20% service fee, charged only when you approve hours. You'll see the total before posting a job and before every charge. Payment history is in Profile.
Who can see where I am?
Only a rough area (about half a mile). Your exact position is shared only if you're hired and tap "On my way", only with that employer, and it stops when you check in or after two hours.
Something went wrong with a job
Employers can dispute hours from the job's page; either side can cancel a job with a reason. If you can't sort it out, email us with the job's name.
Report someone
Open their profile (or the job) and tap Report. Only Gigbee's team sees reports. If anyone is in danger, call 911 first.
Delete your account
In the app: Profile → Delete account. It removes your profiles, jobs, applications, messages and photos. Records of payments are kept for tax purposes, without your name. You can't delete while a job or a payment is still in progress.
